1. Service scope
Iguano Inspect provides tools to create, manage, share, and store inspection records and related media. We may improve, update, or modify features over time.
2. Accounts and access
You are responsible for account credentials, access control, and activity under your account. Organization owners are responsible for how members are invited and permitted.
3. Acceptable use
You agree not to misuse the service, interfere with operations, upload unlawful content, or attempt unauthorized access to other accounts, data, or systems.
4. Customer data
You retain ownership of your inspection content. You grant Iguano Inspect the rights needed to host, process, and transmit data so the service functions as intended.
5. Billing and subscriptions
Paid plans are billed on a recurring basis based on your selected cycle. Plan limits and entitlements are described on the Pricing page and Billing Policy.
6. Suspension and termination
We may suspend access for abuse, non-payment, legal requirements, or material violation of these terms. You may stop using the service at any time.
7. Disclaimers and liability
The platform is provided on an "as available" basis. To the extent allowed by law, Iguano Inspect is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including operational or business loss.
